Have Any Questions?
Can I change my booking date after purchase?
Yes, but only with direct contact or with personal arrival to the office. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking date – free of charge.
Do you offer group discounts?
Absolutely, and you can find up to 10 people on regular ticketing. For groups of 10 or more, reach out via email and we’ll prepare a splashy deal.
How does a customized offer work?
You can customize your booking and choose how many hours you want to pay for, and then you have up to three days to spend the hours you choose. For example, if you pay for 4 hours, you can decide to split two hours 2h today and two hours tomorrow, but have in mind that once hours are placed on watch, you will have it counted as spent.
Is the park safe for kids?
Yes – the park is family-friendly and includes lifeguards, safety gear, and areas suited for all ages.
Do you provide life vests and other equipment?
Yes, life vests are included in every ticket. You’ll also receive a wristband and orientation on arrival.
What should I wear?
Comfortable swimwear is best. Rash guards or water shirts are welcome. No sharp objects or metal accessories allowed.
Do I need to know how to swim?
Basic swimming skills are helpful, but not required. Life vests are mandatory for all non-swimmers.
Is there a minimum age for kids?
Yes – children must be 7 years or older to enter the floating park. Kids under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Do you have activities for toddlers?
Not on the floating park, but we’re working on land-based splash zones for our tiniest guests.
Where is Splash Paradise located?
We’re located right on Kendwa Beach. Our office is on the beach, you won’t miss us..
Is there parking available?
Yes – we offer a guest parking area right behind to our beachfront office.
What happens if it rains?
We remain open in light rain. In case of storms or unsafe conditions, we offer free rescheduling.
Can I cancel my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable, but you can reschedule with 24-hour notice.
Do you accept cards or cash?
We accept CARD ONLY! (cash on demand?)
What currency do you accept?
- Tourists pay in USD (card only).
- Residents and Tanzanian citizens pay in TZS, with discounted local rates.
Is mobile money accepted?
Yes – we accept M-Pesa, Airtel Money, and Yas Pesa, alongside credit/debit cards.
Will someone explain how the park works once I arrive?
Yes – after checking in and collecting your equipment, our staff will give you a short safety briefing and orientation so you know exactly how to enjoy the park safely and fully.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
No outside food or drinks are allowed in the park. We have a snack stand and partner beach bars nearby.
Is there a place to store my belongings?
Yes – lockers are available at our check-in office.
Do you offer private events or birthday packages?
Absolutely! Contact us to customize a private splash party or group experience.
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking in advance, especially during weekends and holidays – but walk-ins are welcome too (if space allows).
