By entering the waterpark, you agree to release, waive, and discharge Splash Paradise, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during your visit, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. Parental/Guardian Responsibility
Parents and legal guardians are solely responsible for the safety and supervision of minors (under 18). By allowing a minor to participate, you accept full responsibility and agree to these terms on their behalf.

All guests must wear a life jacket provided by Splash Paradise at all times while on the waterpark. Wearing jewelry or any sharp, metal, or hard objects (such as earrings, necklaces, watches, belts, keys, or metal hair clips) is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. Guests must be barefoot while on the inflatables. Water shoes or any footwear are not permitted unless specifically approved by staff.
Diving and swimming underneath the products are strictly forbidden. Never slide headfirst down to the water. No chasing. Keep distance from other users. Do not stand in front of the slide exit area. Except the water blob, never jump down from a higher floatable to a lower one.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the park without refund.
6. Code of Conduct & Zero Tolerance Policy
Aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal without refund. Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to enter or stay in the facility.
7. Weather & Emergency Closures
Splash Paradise reserves the right to suspend or cancel activities due to weather conditions, tides, or operational issues. In such cases, tickets may be rescheduled but are non-refundable.
8. Photo & Media Release
By entering Splash Paradise, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes, unless you notify a team member in writing prior to entry.
9. Legal Waiver & Agreement Not to Sue
By signing or completing payment/check-in, you agree not to pursue legal action against Splash Paradise, its owners, or employees for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during your visit.
